Attorney

Katie Everlove-Stone

Katie earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. As a law school student, Katie served as a Teaching Fellow, and as a member of the Moot Court Board, winning first place in the 2006 National Tax Moot Court Competition. She then went on to earn her LL.M. degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Following law school, Katie worked as an associate at the Tampa office of Akerman Senterfitt, receiving training from a highly talented and knowledgeable group of senior attorneys.

Katie is a native of Tampa Bay and serves on the Board of Directors for The Centre for Women and the Florida Hospital Carrollwood Foundation. Katie is a member of the 2011 class of Leadership Tampa Bay and is active in many local groups and charities. Katie sits on the Consolidated Plan Review Committee for the City of St. Petersburg. Katie is extremely proud of her husband, who is a police officer. She is also the proud mom of a daughter in elementary school.

Francesca Piccion

Francesca Piccion has been with Everlove Legal since 2015 where she takes on the role of Paralegal and Office Administrator. She is a recent graduate of St. Petersburg College with a degree in Business Administration. Francesca has a lovely daughter in middle school and currently resides in St. Petersburg.

Jennifer Burnett

Jennifer is a graduate of the College of Santa Fe (NM) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre. She recently joined the Everlove Legal team, and is thrilled to be a part of helping them achieve “World Domination”! Jennifer has two amazing daughters and a ridiculously fun husband. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, reading and all things performing arts related.
